Whether it's uncovering hidden musical gems or showcasing up-and-coming talent, he strives to give artists the recognition they deserve. Being Chicago based he is very passionate about shining a light on Chicago artists as well. While running his own brand Ryan also works as an A&R Consultant at Indify and events at the Ramova Theatre in Chicago.
