KORDELYA the Mexican-American singer/songwriter poised to broadcast her entrance to the Latin Pop scene with the recent drop of her debut album, "Mal Hecha." Her varied sound is fueled by the fusion of ethnic percussion and gritty 808 driven electronic synthesis, which manifests her soulful tonality and powerful lyrics. No wonder her album's single, "Terco” has already seen support from numerous Spotify curated playlists like Fresh Finds: Latin, Editor’s Picks Mexico, and Academia Pop.

The album demonstrates her eclectic array of textures, ranging from dark trap-leaning production to light-hearted piano melodies, to smooth synth-based RnB. In 2019, she opened up for Ximena Sariñana in Monterrey, Mexico and performed her biggest single to date, "Consentido,” live nationally on Telemundo. Originally having plans to debut her album exclusively at SXSW before Coronavirus switched up plans, KORDELYA still shows no signs of halting her expansion into both English and Latin pop culture in 2020.
