After eight people died and hundreds more were injured at Travis Scott’s third annual Astroworld Festival, multiple artists have contributed to the families who lost loved ones.

After a Twitter post stating how devastated Scott was about the events, he made an apology on his Instagram story. This followed with Travis Scott and his team announcing they would refund every single attendee of the festival along with paying for the victim’s funerals. He also cancelled his set for the upcoming Day N Vegas festival.

Roddy Ricch is set to donate his performance earnings to families of the victims. He wrote in an Instagram story, “Please have the families of those who we lost yesterday reach out. I’ll be donating my net compensation to the families of this incident #Pray4Houston."

Ye (fka as Kanye West) also dedicated his Sunday Service to the eight victims of Astroworld. His first Sunday Service since fashion week of March 2020, starred guest appearances such as Roddy Ricch and Justin Bieber. It is yet to be seen what lies ahead as far as future Travis Scott shows or lawsuits expected to come his way.
