Breakaway Music Festival Is Taking over EDM Scene This Year One Festival at a Time

Breakaway Music Festival has defied odds this year, crushing their 2021 endeavors, and is quickly taking over the EDM live event scene. Breakaway is a multi-city music festival that focuses on providing a unique and memorable experience for music fans of all ages. With four festivals being held this year alone in Cancun, Michigan, Ohio, and North Carolina, the festival has created diverse lineups and a one-of-a-kind experiences for festival goers.

This year, Breakaway curated four notable lineups with the goal of bringing full festival experiences to smaller cities. Most recently, they hosted Breakaway Michigan in Grand Rapids on August 27th & 28th featuring headliners, Illenium and Quinn XCII. The Michigan lineup also included artists – Gryffin, Big Wild, Chelsea Cutler, Madeon, Elderbrook, Alexander 23, Loud Luxury, and more. Their next festival, Breakaway Ohio, will take place this weekend, September 3rd & 4th, at Historic Crew Stadium in Columbus, Ohio. Their lineup features Kygo and Illenium as headliners, and features artists such as – Chelsea Cutler, Gryffin, 24kGoldn, Channel Tres, Sam Feldt, Sidepiece, Two Feet, and more.

Next month, Breakaway will be throwing their fourth festival this year, which will be held in Charlotte, North Carolina on October 1st & 2nd, 2021 at Charlotte Motor Speedway. The lineup will feature headliners, Martin Garrix and The Chainsmokers, with more artists such as Two Friends, Swae Lee, G-Eazy, Trevor Daniel, and others.
