Dominic Fike to Release Shortened Version of "Elliot’s Song"

Dominic Fike’s musical stardom predates all of the fame he’s received through playing Elliot on HBO’s hit show Euphoria. Before being casted for the show, Fike had a song with Paul McCartney, one of the greatest musicians of all time, and had songs like “3 Nights” reach well over 100 million streams on Spotify. With this being said, Euphoria has opened the Florida born artist up to a massive new audience that has fallen in love with his music.

In Euphoria’s season two finale, which aired on Sunday, Feb. 27, Elliot — the name of Dominic Fike’s character — performed “Elliot’s Song.” The song lasted for about four minutes, which upset a large number of Euphoria fans as they felt it took up too much time in the finale.

Yesterday, the 26-year-old artist took to Instagram to announce the release of a shortened “Elliot’s Song.” “we made the song shorter… “Elliot’s Song” with @zendaya this friday,” the post read. This will be Dominic Fike’s first release of 2022.
