R&B artist Samaria opens up and shows her journey of self-love on her latest single, “Tight Rope.” About a year ago, she dropped her EP Didn’t Start With You, including popular tracks, “Out The Way” and “Still Got 4ever.” After dropping her EP, she was featured on the I Wanna Dance With Somebody soundtrack and went on tour with British girl group, Flo. Samaria’s growth and success is exciting to see over the years as she consistently takes her singing and songwriting skills to the next level.

In her latest track, “Tight Rope” she emotes vulnerability as she speaks on her worthiness and her habit of self-destruction for others in relationships. Samaria’s angelic vocals perfectly goes along with the feelings she’s expressing. She is one to check out, especially if you love artists like SZA, Kehlani, or Bryson Tiller. Some of my favorite tracks of hers are, “Foolish,” “Can’t Fix This,” and “Shy Girl.” You won’t be disappointed after tapping in with Samaria as she has a lot coming for her. She’ll be performing at the Sol Blume Festival in Sacramento later this month and she’s working on an upcoming EP.
